Bring your dancing shoes and get out your party hats because you are getting ready to experience partying like you have never seen when you visit Medellin Colombia. Medellin turns into a party (rumba) town from Thursday to Sundays every week and when there is a Monday holiday (and there are 26 of them) it just keeps going.
Paisas love to rumba. It is part of their culture and is in their blood. It is a late night town, usually not even getting started until 10-11PM and generally lasts all night or into the wee hours of the morning. Lots of drinking, dancing, singing and socializing. For the ladies, it is a time to get dressed up and show off their newest fashion addition and do they ever show off their god given (and many times enhanced) assets. Realizing that many foreigners come to Medellin looking for girlfriends or wives, Medellin City Tours offers a very unique Nightlife Tour where we will join you at one or two of the most popular discos in town for a rumba. Where is the best place in town to party on a Thursday night? Babylon of course, because it is ladies night. Ladies get in for 10,000COP and guys for 30,000 but it is all you can drink until 1AM.
Many clubs and discos come in and out of favor with the locals and at Medellin City Tours we know which are the hottest places with the best crowds....THIS WEEK! So, you will always be assured of being in the right place at the right time. Many frequently offer specials that draw the crowds...THIS WEEK!
